Returns and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, returns and refund requests are not accepted. Refunds can only be issued if the package was tampered with or damaged during transit alone if reported timely.

  • To report a tampered or damaged package, please email us at contact@prahana.in with the following details within 48 hours of package delivery:
  • Order ID
  • Video evidence of the tampered or damaged package

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving approval to request a return. Refunds will only be processed for damaged items during transit. Video and photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Returns are not accepted and refunds can be considered only if the package was tampered with or damaged during transit.
  • Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via email.
  • If your refunds is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and accepted.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Requests made before the order is processed may be considered at our discretion.
